Butte rape suspect wants case dismissed

A Butte defendant charged with rape is claiming prejudice because he says the state has taken too long to sentence him. Now, he wants his case to be dismissed.
Jason Cuchine pled guilty to raping a juvenile at his Butte residence in October 2006 and a pre-sentencing investigation was completed in April last year.
I can't make this stuff up. Its childish to think that I still believe that Butte sounds like butt, but it does. Nice chin hair this guy is rocking too.
