BEIJING (AP) -- With silver medals swinging from their necks, their eyes filled with tears, five members of the U.S. Olympic softball team walked to home plate and placed their cleats in the dirt.
Their games were over, and so were their international playing careers.
I think this is funny. They are taking softball out of the Olympics because the USA is so dominate and they lose. Not sure if they choked or if Japan is pretty good. But its the first time that the US has ever lost in softball so I think its safe to say they choked.
